Serrano & Vinegar Hot Salsa

  • 1/2 pc Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 5 pcs Serrano chile peppers
  • 1  pinch Salt
  • 100 ml White vinegar
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • 10 g Mexican oregano
  • as needed Water
Instructions
  • Cube onions, sauté with cooking oil
  • Add garlic and serrano peppers
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, in same pan over medium fire
  • Add vinegar while still on stove
  • Cook until softer, 2 -3 minutes
  • Blend with some water until very smooth
  • Add salt, blend a little more, add more water if necessary
  • Check seasoning, cool down, refrigerate
  • Very hot salsa
